Iced Mocha

I am living in Maadi, a suburb of Cairo. The streets are dusty, but quiet, and there are fancy American-style restaurants lining the main avenue. I order an iced mocha at Beanos, even though everyone has warned us against iced drinks. The ice cubes are made with tap water, which is not entirely safe for the average foreigner. But it's 100 degrees outside and I've been dreaming of iced coffee...
